Shipping Time
For delivery within Japan, orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of order completion. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.)
Please note that during the year-end and New Year holidays, it may take up to 10 days after the order is placed.
For delivery to countries outside of Japan, orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after order completion (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays). (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)
Cancellation of Orders, Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., size does not fit, wrong order, item is different from image, etc.) after an order has been placed.
However, we will accept returns/exchanges only if the product does not conform to the contract (damaged, stained, scratched, etc.) or if the product is different from what was ordered and all certain conditions are met at the time of arrival. We will pay the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
