For deliveries within Japan, shipping costs are a flat rate of 900 yen (tax included) nationwide per order.
There are no additional shipping charges for some remote islands and regions.

We will ship your order within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Except in cases where the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or there is a defect in the product, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been completed.

You can check this in the order confirmation email that we sent you after you placed your order. If you have not received the email, please contact us via the inquiry form and we will look into it for you.
