Payment Method

Payment method is card only.

We cannot accept any changes after your order has been completed.

We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express and JCB credit cards.

Please check your contract details (limit, number of contract payments, card number, etc.) carefully before using the service.

The withdrawal date and number of contract payments will vary depending on the type of credit card and the terms of your contract, so please check with your credit card company for details.

About delivery methods and shipping fees

Delivery times vary depending on the product, delivery area, time of order, and time of order, but for deliveries within Japan, items will be shipped within about 3 business days after the order is completed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the New Year holidays).

For deliveries to countries outside of Japan, orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays).

For deliveries within Japan, shipping costs are a flat rate of 900 yen (tax included) nationwide per order.

There are no additional shipping charges for some remote islands and areas.

For deliveries to countries outside of Japan, shipping times vary depending on the country or region and the weight of the item being delivered.

In some regions, additional duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival of the product.

The arrival of the product may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, region, etc.

In order to prevent issues such as incorrect delivery, we are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed.

Please note that we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

Please note that we cannot ship multiple orders together if the orders are split into multiple shipments.

Regarding stock

Depending on sales conditions and the season, items may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you individually to change or cancel your order.

In addition, in the event of high traffic, we will provide services on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we may not be able to meet your requests in the event of stock shortages or high traffic.

Returns and Exchanges

Except for cases where the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or the product is defective, you cannot cancel your order after it has been placed. We also cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if you return the product without contacting us or if you refuse to accept the product and cancel the return.

If there is a problem with the product, or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please notify us in advance at contact-swjp@musicformusic.jp and return the product to the return address specified by us within 8 days of the delivery date.

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If we inspect the product and find that there is an error or defect, we will exchange the product if it is in stock, or refund you if it is not.

Please note that even if the product is defective, we may refuse to exchange it if it cannot be determined to be "unused" according to our standards.

After confirming the details, we will process your cancellation.
